Jacovia Cartwright is a Houston Fractional Chief Marketing Officer and marketing executive with 13 years in marketing. He helps professional-services firms - especially law firms - build marketing systems that compound: strategy, paid and organic channels, AI automation, and operating cadence.
He founded Klever Digital, a Houston digital marketing agency serving businesses and organizations since 2012. He serves as VP of Marketing, Spiggle Law Firm, leading marketing operations. He previously built marketing teams for growth-stage firms, including initiatives that supported roughly 40% growth over two years at a major Texas personal-injury practice, and has helped businesses scale from $2M to $7M+.
Jacovia holds an AA from Kilgore College, a BAS from East Texas Baptist University, an MS in Digital Marketing from Full Sail University, and an MBA (2019). He is Chair & Co-Founder of the Texas Coalition of Republican Clubs (TxCRC) and the Republican Precinct Chair for Precinct 575 in Spring/Klein, Harris County. He lives in Texas with his wife and son.
